Garden pea hummus

Ingredients
200 g chickpeas
30 g tahini
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
60 ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
120 g finely chopped onion
500 g garden peas, fresh or frozen
175 ml water
2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
3 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 tbsp sour cream
How to prepare it
Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and sauté until soft and translucent, but not browned, for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the peas and water, cover, and bring to a boil. Allow to cook for 5 minutes and then drain the peas and onions.
Put the drained peas and onion in a food processor and add the remaining ingredients.
Mix everything to form a rough paste. Serve chilled.
