Peanut butter banana smoothie

Ingredients
Half banana, peeled and sliced
250 ml full-fat yoghurt
25 g peanut butter
20 g oatmeal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
50 ml almond drink
How to prepare it
Peel the banana and cut half of it into slices.
Put it with the other ingredients in the blender and blend into a smoothie.
Add a handful of nuts and seeds.
