- Half banana, peeled and sliced
- 250 ml full-fat yoghurt
- 25 g peanut butter
- 20 g oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- 50 ml almond drink
How to prepare it
- Peel the banana and cut half of it into slices.
- Put it with the other ingredients in the blender and blend into a smoothie.
Add a handful of nuts and seeds.
