Green cabbage dim sum

Ingredients

How to prepare it

  1. Cut the radish, spring onions and leek in julienne. Chop the leaves of the green cabbage.
  2. Melt some butter in a skillet and braise all ingredients at the same time.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sesame seed oil and garlic sauce. Season the whole with pepper and salt.
  4. Then allow the mixture to cool in the fridge.
  5. Beat the egg with the cream in a mixing bowl, season with pepper and salt.
  6. Cook the egg-cream mixture in a thin layer in a skillet. Allow to cool and cut in julienne strips. These strips can be mixed with the green cabbage mixture.
  7. Cover the sides of the wonton wrappers with the egg yolk. Scoop a tablespoon of the green cabbage mixture onto the middle of each wonton wrapper.
  8. Roll and/or fold the wonton wrappers closed in the desired shape.
  9. Fry the wontons at 180˚C, make sure to turn them now and then so that they cook until evenly browned.
