- 1/4 vanilla pod
- 150 ml full-fat yoghurt
- 50 gr strawberries, diced
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 25 gr pecans, finely chopped
How to prepare it
- Cut the vanilla pod in half and take the pulp out of the core.
- Stir this through the yoghurt.
- Garnish the yoghurt with the strawberries, banana and pecans.
