Quiche with goat cheese, spinach and red onion


How to prepare it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Bake the quiches at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes.
  2. Line baking tins measuring approximately 10 cm in diameter with puff pastry and bake the pastry crusts 12 minutes in the oven.
  3. Mix the eggs, cream, chopped leek, tomatoes, walnuts and a pinch of pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the puff pastry crusts and sprinkle with the goat cheese.
