How to prepare it

  1. Peel the white asparagus and cut them diagonally. 
  2. Cut the green asparagus at an angle and mix it with the white asparagus. 
  3. Roast it in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degress with olive oil, salt and pepper. 
  4. Cut the sweet potato and roast it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees with salt and pepper.  
  5. Roast the peppers until they are blackened. 
  6. Peel the sheets off and cut the bell pepper into rings. 
  7. Mix all ingredients together and keep some asparagus heads aside as a garnish. 
  8. Roast the pumpkin seeds briefly and sprinkle them over the salad.
