Our farmers
It all starts with the farmer. With people who grow vegetables, grains and other ingredients with care and craftsmanship. We work as much as possible with local and sustainable partners who share the same belief: great food starts with great ingredients. This requires healthy soil and a strong focus on biodiversity. The Waste-to-Value Factory
At the Waste-to-Value Factory, vegetables with imperfections, such as dents, blemishes or unusual shapes, are given a second life. Courgettes, peppers and onions that would otherwise go to waste are turned into flavourful soups and sauces, without unnecessary additives. People who face barriers to the labour market work here. Together, we create impact by reducing waste and creating opportunities.

At the Care Bakery, bakers with hearing impairments create the most delicious pastries and Brabant’s most famous sausage rolls, also available in a tasty vegetarian option. With care, precision and patience, and with a clear mission: *We bake the world a better place.* By including the Care Bakery in our chain, we know exactly what goes into our products, where it comes from and how we minimise waste.

With chefs from a wide range of nationalities, we bring together a world of flavours and traditions. This makes our kitchen rich in inspiration and innovation.
