Impact also lies in how we use our profits
We create social impact through food, drink and hospitality, and through our profits. Our owner is a foundation operating under the name Hai Foundation. The Hai Foundation uses part of the company’s profits to accelerate social impact.
Half of the profit is reinvested in the company; the other half goes to the foundation. In this way, every choice we make, every guest we welcome and every dish we prepare contributes to something greater than ourselves.
