In our kitchens, we translate culinary craftsmanship into dishes that are not only full of flavour, but also fit the world of today and tomorrow. We consciously work with ingredients, prepare with care and continuously look for ways to reduce our impact without compromising on quality or experience. In doing so, we take step-by-step action towards a future-proof way of food and drink in the workplace.
That responsibility does not stop in the kitchen. Together with our partners (Heroes of Hutten), we look further: at provenance, seasons and how we can prevent waste. By working closely and being transparent about what we do, we make sustainable choices tangible for our guests. Not as a goal in itself, but as a natural part of the way we work.
