HEALTHY LUNCH? A BIG DEAL!

Enjoying pure, tasty, and tasteful food is our guiding principle. Fresh, unprocessed ingredients are bursting with healthy nutrients. Our chefs love to show you how you can eat healthy yet delicious food. How? By focusing on vegetables and fruit, more wholegrain products and occasionally supplemented by meat, fish and dairy. That’s also what makes us all happy!

With our ‘A Big Deal’ campaigns, we like to tell you more about what we think is important. We stand for culinary craftmanship, delicious and flavorful food, but also the importance of good food. Food that is good for you and the world around us. You will find this campaign this summer in the restaurant, in week 28, 29 & 30.

LESS WASTE? A BIG DEAL!

From 9th until 15th of September it’s the National No Waste week and in this week we are going to focus on reducing waste even less! And that’s a big deal! Taste our delicious soup from De Verspillingsfabriek, a grilled sandwich made with yesterday’s bread, and salads loaded with imperfect vegetables. Will you reduce with us?
