Breakfast Muffins

How to prepare it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Wash the apples and finely dice.
  3. Mix the oatmeal, banana, eggs, milk and cinnamon in a food processor.
  4. Stir in the almonds, raisins and apple cubes and scoop it into 6 to 8 muffin moulds.
  5. Place the muffins in the oven for 30 minutes.
