Ingredients
3 apples
125 gr oatmeal
1 banana
2 eggs
150 ml full-cream milk
2 tsp cinnamon
40 gr raisins
40 gr almonds
How to prepare it
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash the apples and finely dice.
Mix the oatmeal, banana, eggs, milk and cinnamon in a food processor.
Stir in the almonds, raisins and apple cubes and scoop it into 6 to 8 muffin moulds.
Place the muffins in the oven for 30 minutes.
