Breakfast tortilla with advocado and egg

How to prepare it

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the flesh from one half.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork and season with pepper and salt.
  3. Chop the pistachios.
  4. Heat a skillet with the oil and fry the egg.
  5. Top the tortilla with the avocado mixture.
  6. Put the fried egg and the pistachios on the tortilla.
