- 1/4 fresh pineapple
- 2 high-fibre crackers
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
How to prepare it
- Clean the pineapple. Remove the ends and peel the pineapple.
- Discard the peel and the hard core.
- Use 1/4 of the pineapple and cut it into 1-cm cubes.
- Top the crackers with the cream cheese and then top with the pineapple cubes.
