Focaccia with dried figs

Ingredients

How to prepare it

  1. Make a dough from the flour, yeast, salt, olive oil and water.
  2. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  3. Cut the figs into strips and chop the walnuts into pieces.
  4. Mix the dough with fig strips and walnuts and form into a nice, flat focaccia.
  5. Let the bread rise for another 45 minutes.
  6. Cover the focaccia with olive oil and sprinkle the rosemary and sea salt on top.
  7. Bake at 220 °C for 15 minutes.
