How to prepare it

  1. Boil water in a pan. Add salt.
  2. Cook the vegetables until tender.
  3. Add the peanut sauce. Or make it yourself if you want. We always make it extra spicy and add soy sauce and sambal.
  4. Boil the eggs. Peel them.
  5. Cook a chopped onion in the pan. Add the curry powder and tomato paste. Set it on low heat. Let it simmer for a while.
  6. Add the eggs. Add water until the eggs are covered. Let it simmer gently. Don’t cook the eggs for too long.
  7. Boil water in a pan with a healthy pinch of turmeric. Add salt.
  8. Cook the rice as described on the package.
  9. When the rice is done and drained, mix in the coconut cream by hand. You’d best mix the coconut cream with a little bit of hot water. Then you can mix the whole with the rice. Optionally add the coconut cream directly to the water while boiling.
