Salad with peaches and gorgonzola


How to prepare it

  1. Caramelise the red onion rings with sugar and red wine vinegar.
  2. Make a dressing of olive oil, pomegranate juice, lime juice, lime zest, honey, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the flat peaches in half and grill on a hot grill pan.
  4. Mix all of the ingredients together for 6 nice salads.
