Salad with peaches and gorgonzola

Ingredients
9 ripe flat peaches
300 gr gorgonzola picante
120 gr pecans
240 gr red onion, sliced in rings
240 gr red chard
1 ripe pomegranate
20 ml pomegranate juice
20 ml honey
50 ml olive oil
20 ml red wine vinegar
20 gr sugar
2 limes
Salt and pepper
How to prepare it
Caramelise the red onion rings with sugar and red wine vinegar.
Make a dressing of olive oil, pomegranate juice, lime juice, lime zest, honey, salt and pepper.
Cut the flat peaches in half and grill on a hot grill pan.
Mix all of the ingredients together for 6 nice salads.
