Sourdough toast with egg salad and chives

Ingredients

How to prepare it

  1. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes.
  2. Run the eggs under cold water and allow to cool.
  3. Peel the eggs and mash them in a bowl.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, mustard and chives.
  5. Toast the slices of bread and top with the egg salad.
