- 2 eggs
- 1 tbspn mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp chives
- 2 slices sourdough bread
How to prepare it
- Boil the eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes.
- Run the eggs under cold water and allow to cool.
- Peel the eggs and mash them in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard and chives.
- Toast the slices of bread and top with the egg salad.
